SaskPower informed a small group of residents west of Mankota about a brief planned power outage set for Monday morning. The interruption will affect 34 rural customers and begin at 9:00 a.m.
The outage is necessary to replace an essential power line in the area. Joel Cherry, a SaskPower spokesperson, emphasized the importance of this maintenance work.
"We thank people for their patience, as always, while we do this work," said Cherry.
