Remembrance Sunday Events in Bracknell

On Sunday, 9 November, Bracknell Forest will hold various events to honor Remembrance Sunday. This day is dedicated to remembering those who served and sacrificed to defend freedoms across the United Kingdom.

Community Activities

Royal British Legion Poppy Shop

The Poppy Shop is open at The Lexicon Bracknell (next to River Island) until Friday, 7 November. Visitors can purchase poppies between 10am and 4pm.

Giant Poppies Display

Several large poppies have been placed across Bracknell Forest over the past week. They will remain until after Armistice Day as a tribute to armed personnel, their families, and veterans.

Bracknell Town Remembrance Parade

The parade starts at 10:40am on Sunday, 9 November, outside Princess Square. It will proceed through the town center and The Lexicon Bracknell. The public is invited to line the route and pay their respects.

Please allow extra time for travel and parking. Note that photography will take place at the event.

Bracknell Town FC Match

On Monday, 10 November, Bracknell Town FC will face Didcot Town in the Bucks and Berks County Cup at 7:45pm. The match will be at the SB Stadium.
